I’m sorry for venting but i got into a wreck yesterday and i feel awful. no one died or is hurt which is great but im so upset. i am just looking for support

Just got into a wreck. no one is hurt or died, which is good. i can’t stop feeling like a failure and awful about it. i can’t believe this is my real life and i almost wish i didn’t make it out. how do i feel better?

i feel like my life is ending. no one was hurt or killed but i will be without a car for a while and just feel generally awful. am i a failure? i don’t know what to do and am hating life
