Someone can share your thoughts

I dont have any symptoms like cold sores or even ulcer but suddenly today i got my blood test result and it shows that ive positive for HSV 1 and negative for HSV 2. I do only have swollen lymph nodes that vanished after 2-3 days

The blood test been run by ECLIA method. Is there any possibility of false positive ?

I have encountered protected vaginal sex with an unprotected oral sex at the midst of february and during this test, it was already about two months and this is my result. I actually shocked about the HSV because i dont have any symptom like cold sores or ulcer.

I do have only swollen lymph nodes and thats it. Is there any possibilities that false positive result happen in my case?
