My Baby 💔

To make a very long story short my babygirl got in a hit and run a while back that crushed her door in such a way that I can't open the door at all and I have just been too devastated to even try to hunt for a fix so she's been parked for about six months. She still runs and whatnot, I make sure to cycle her fluids and everything, my partner is a car guy and takes every bit of care for her that I can't. I'm hunting for a front passenger door for a 2019 1LT door for as reasonable a price as possible as I do not make a ton of money, if ANYONE is able to direct me to a good place or source for one it would be SO immensely appreciated.

If you wanna know what happened!

To summarise, we were going into work one morning and heading down a relatively arterial overpass in my area, and some guy in a huge white truck decided to blind merge into my lane without realising I was directly next to him. It wasn't a gentle merge either, as you can see, and I'm incredibly lucky my partner was driving as he has extremely good control in dangerous situations like that. The window shattered on me but the interior was otherwise undamaged, I was mostly dismayed that it happened in the beginning of the cold months for where I live. Truly she has never given me problems and I love my baby VERY dearly and I am so torn up about her being damaged because insurance did not cover the damage since it was a hit and run and I didn't have uninsured coverage at the time.

DM violating policy??

Quick summary, I'm a night shift SSV at my store that's already severely understaffed due to the bulding being ancient (20 yrs old as of this yr) and the store being in desparate need of a remodel.

So my district manager recently visited my store on a night I was not present, but our store's proxy (our SM just submitted his resignation yesterday but at the time he was just on a medical LOA) was there to interact. Long story short he threw away our removable nonslip mats and, to all the store SSV's knowledge, he has no intent to replace them. I'm PRETTY sure it's not just Starbucks policy but outright OSHA policy to have nonslip mats of some sort available in the store for employees. No amount of nonslip shoes with good grip can help uneven tile, worn grout, and pools of water from leaky pipes (yes really) and melted ice can match the help of nonslip mats. Not to even mention how much more painful long shifts gets for every single barista and SSV. If it goes unfixed for more than a week or two, who do I contact? How do I get either new mats or push corportate to approve the remodel they've been promising my location for over a year since before I joined? My DM is not helpful and I have a strong dislike for him due to the fact he all but threatened firing me if I didn't work when I had a 101f fever.
