I don’t know if this is the right sub for this, but i‘ve developed tics a a few months ago (at least i started actually noticing them) and i‘m getting kinda worried

Soo for starters i‘m 19, and i have depression. I first started noticing my tics whenever i was feeling stressed or overwhelmed during my time in the clinic, but its highly possible that they happened before that too, my memory is not the best. So i just took them as a warning signal that i‘m starting to feel overwhelmed and have to leave (shaking my head and clicking my tongue or popping my lips). Then about a month and a half or so later they started becoming more frequent, and completely unrelated to my stress level, and i‘ve started ducking since then aswell. They got worse and worse, until the ducking started hurting my neck a bit and today i had a pretty long lasting tic attack in which there might have been some new vocal tics aswell (still trying to figure out if they were just stims to calm down a little or actual tics, i have adhd and likely also autism). I‘m starting to get worried a bit since they actually impacted my work efficiency today and i might have also hurt myself again. I do take some meds, started with sertraline but switched to venlafaxine and quetiapine bc of depression and i can’t sleep very well without them. Maybe they caused it? I‘m very lost, please help me out a little (not diagnose me but like how can i deal with this better) (i‘m in Germany if that’s important)
