Thinking about starting DoK and painted the Crimson Lash Regiment of Renown as a test.
Tried some new highlighting with the leather. (inspired by the box art.)
For bases I wanted to lean into the whole Greek tragedy, Medusa and Snake themes and tried to go Mediterranean.
First up is my freshly finished blood hags, then both my standard ironscale and kitbashed ironscale mostly so she stands out as different, next is my new slaughter queen proxy, next is my freshly repainted morathi, followed by my standard hag and slaughter queen who has a head swap becuase i hate her default head, then is a kitbashed hag queen for diversity, next is my avatar of khaine which is a morathi proxy i painted gold then covered in blood for the blood god, lastly is my proxy medusa i do have a standard one as well but it wasnt a part of this round of painting

I haven’t been able to find a reasonable answer to this and probably not reading the right things so question. In the new battle-tome if let’s say the shadow queen is dead and due to blood rites on my enemy’s turn I have completed my third blessings of khaine and teleported morathai outside 9 inches of say alleriele. Can the following hero phase, I resurrect the shadow queen inside 3 inches of morathai and within three inches of alleriele. Then have morathai use surge of hatred to immediately potentially kill her allowing me to move and charge another nearby unit?
I have 130 points to spend in a list with Morathi, and I don’t know if I should take shadowstalkers or a slaughter queen on foot? The only priest in the list is a slaughter queen on cauldron, and I haven’t been playing long enough to know if I need a second priest more or a unit that can teleport to take objectives.
I know this is probably a stupid question, but I’m still learning how to correctly interpret Warhammer wording.
