I mostly wanted to share and mabye get some form of advise on what to do and stuff on this situation.
So I’ve known this girl literally since i started first grade. We were pretty close friends and she moved like 3 years ago and pretty far away. I have had a HUGE crush on her ever since i first met her. On New Year’s Eve i decided to message her on WhatsApp that i had a crush on her because i basically have nothing to lose atp. The problem here is that i forgot to mention it was ME because i thought the username showed up automatically (it didn’t), therefore she didn’t reply and thought i was a random creep or something. Then i remembered this 3~ days ago and said “SHIT I FORGOT TO MENTION IT WAS ME” and she didn’t say if she liked me back or not. We are currently texting and i have no idea whatsoever if she likes me back or not.😔✌️💔 also we never exchanged numbers before or anything. I just got her number from a friend in like 3rd or 4th grade and she thought i was a scammer or a pedo or smth so she blocked me (this is how i had her WhatsApp and why i think my username didn’t show up since she technically had my name “saved” as my actual number on messages) they also seem to try keeping conversations alive and use emojis like “🥹” a LOT. But i am conflicted since if she DID like me wouldn’t she just say that since she probably thinks i like her back? And if she DIDN’T like me wouldn’t she just say so?
