No calcification is seen.
Multiple unenlarged to prominent lymph nodes with intact fatty hila are seen in the bilateral submental, submandibular, parotid and lateral cervical chain regions.
The clinically apparent mental mass corresponds sonographically to a homogeneous, hypochoic soft tissue mass that measures 5.1 x 8.5 x 3.6 cm. It surrounds most of the mandibular body. The underlying bony cortex of the mandible show speculation.
The submandibular and parotid glands are unremarkable.
The cervical strap muscles and vascular bundles are also unremarkable.

- PROMINENTLY SIZED THYROID GLAND WITH BILATERAL THYROID MASSES AND NODULES
TISSUE CORRELATION IS SUGGESTED FOR THE LEFT THYROID MASS
MENTAL REGION SOFT TISSUE MASS WITH ASSOCIATED OSSEOUS PERIOSTEAL REACTION, WORRISOME FOR MALIGNANCY OR METASTATIC DISEASE WITH OSSEOUS INVOLVEMENT. TISSUE CORELATION IS SUGGESTED.
BILATERAL CERVICAL LYMPHADENOPATHY, WITH MULTIPLE PROMINENT LYMPH NODES WITH INTACT FATTY HILA.
