Suggestions, please

Hello people,

I work out at home using only dumbbells, but sometimes I feel like I’m wasting my time because I don’t have anyone to check my form, especially for glute exercises.

Could you give me some suggestions, please?

  1. Single-leg glute bridge (12.5 kg)

  2. Dumbbell glute kickback (12.5 kg)

  3. Dumbbell fire hydrant (12.5 kg)

  4. Hip thrust (a pair of 12.5 kg dumbbells)
