Ureaplasma concern

Last year I had a pcr vaginal swab done. The results came back with 98.039% of enterococcus faecalis, 0.98% of E. coli, and 0.98% of Lactobillus crispatus. I was treated for the Enterococcus it was aerobic vaginitis. Never got another swab between this swab I had last year and the one I just got. So don’t know if enterococcus was ever really gone from my vagina. It would make its way into my urinary tract causing UTI’s as well.

This year, I had another pcr vaginal swab done. The results came back with 49.998% enterococcus faecalis, 49.998% Atopobium vaginae (BV associated bacteria), and 0.005% of Ureaplasma Urealyticum. I am also 17 weeks pregnant. And within this swab we see I have 0 good bacteria left.

I was worried because I did a lot of research and was seeing Ureaplasma could be sexually transmitted and me being pregnant just started to freak out terrified if he cheated- since I didn’t have it last year, but this year I have it. I really can’t ever imagine him cheating, he’s open with his whereabouts and I have his location, he’s super open with his phone, etc.

I met with my doctor today about the results, and she clarified the BV bacteria isn’t sexually transmitted, neither the enterococcus. She said Ureaplasma is not considered an STI because most women (around 80%) have this bacteria with no issues. She said it can be a normal part of someone’s biome. She said it’s found in women not even sexually active. I told her I was upset because I didn’t have it last year, and she said my number was so so small at .005 percent that she’s not even sure how the lab detected that and she said it’s possible I had it last year but it may have gone undetected. She was saying she doesn’t want me to concentrate on that. She wants to try to not treat any of the bacteria’s at the moment and wants me to restore my good bacteria by taking probiotics first. She thinks too many medications will kill both the bad and good bacteria and wants to try this method first. She said if we end up wanting to treat ureaplasma she will treat both of us.

What I want to understand, is what do you guys think of this? Is Ureaplasma something I could have had in even tinier amounts and it went undetected? Could the bv have made it double in number becoming detectable? If I didn’t have it last year truly at all could my husband have had it and I just didn’t get it yet because of my own biome? Could I have had it before the first test, then it went away, then came back for the second test? I understand this bacteria is treated differently than STD’s. I just want to put my mind at rest.

I think I wouldn’t have been upset about this had I not had the test last year, but having it last year and it differing this year just put another load on me and I’ve been sick over it. On top of pregnancy.

Someone try to give some input, any input is good- I want to feel better it’s taking a mental toll on me. I also have relationship OCD which makes everything a million times worse. Thank you.

Advice please freaking out 22F and 29M

I had a vaginal swab done last year and this year. I’ve been with the same guy for 4 years we are married and I’m pregnant now. Last year the test detected 98% enterococcus faecalis and a little bit of good bacteria. This year it came back with Atopobium vaginae at 49%. Enterococcus Faecalis at 49% and now it says I have .005% of Ureaplasma. Literally how did I get ureaplasma is that an sti like I am freaking out worried if he cheated. I am like so upset I’m pregnant we are married and now all the sudden I have this sti? Or whatever ureaplasma is? At such a low percent. Freaking the fuck out.
