Would they date or even marry someone from a different culture/background?

I work at a plantation company and have been there for a few months. They don’t give the fixed salary unless you complete at least one business deal. If you aren’t able to do it, the month goes by without any pay. But they still expect you to attend the office like a normal office employee. Is this normal?
