Logistics for work?

I'm trying to understand how to plan my work schedule.. If I'm going for a colonoscopy, how many days off do I need to take at work? Obviously the day of the colonoscopy is one day. I assume I should take the day before off too, because I'll be running to the toilet all day? Am I able to go to work the next day? What if I don't have a ride to take me home?

Thin stools, no other symptoms?

I've had thin, flattish stools (not pencil thin) for about 7-8 months, no other major symptoms. No blood or black stools. Still pass normal sized stools every now and then. Occasional abdominal cramping and under the right rib.

I have a GI appt end of the month and I'm super nervous with all the colon cancer discussion going on. Anyone else had similar symptoms but went through with a colonoscopy?

Hired as "SW Lead" without anyone under me

About a year ago I was hired as a software lead. But when I joined, there was one developer who was meant to support me but he gave his notice my 1st week. Since then no one else has been hired for my team and I have been juggling everything (technical work, admin items, customer meetings, design reviews, etc.). There is another more senior teammate I've been leaning on for help but he is also overloaded. I've voiced my concerns to my manager but he insists I'm doing great and he's trying to get more hiring approved.

The only thing keeping me here is that my job is fully remote which is hard to pass up with a young child. Should I just stick it out for another 6 months which is when I can start applying to other internal positions? Currently burned out and looking for advice.

Is chicken the only meat that is cooked fresh in store? Is it true the other meats are just reheated in a bag? Should I avoid other meats besides chicken?

I am 32 and 100% in S&P500. Don't plan to change this for atleast 20 years. This has rewarded me handsomely so far. Anyone else plan to do the same? Any reason to not to do this?

My wife is completely hands off with finances. She's content with me fully managing the finances and doesn't care or ask questions as long as she has enough money to do her shopping lol. I handle all the bills, mortgage payments, credit cards, budgeting, retirement planning, etc. I wish she would show some interest but she feels like it's in good hands with me and doesn't need another thing to worry about.

I've been struggling with premature ejaculation (PE) for years (like finishing in under 1 or 2 minutes). My wife says it doesn't bother her but deep down I know she's not satisfied. I've been seeing ads for the Hims premature ejaculation pill treatment and wanted to give it a shot. Anyone else tried this or successfully dealt with this issue? I've tried deep breaths, reverse kegels, you name it, nothing seems to help. My refractory period is also long, so I'm not always ready for round 2 right away. I don't want to resign myself and my wife to decades of bad sex because of this..

Edit: I've tried Cialis, but that only helps erection quality, not the lasting longer part.

Usually the boy's family is wealthier than the girls when approaching for arranged marriage. Anyone been a situation where the girl's family is more well off and the relationship worked out okay?

I had the wild idea of building a pickleball court on my future custom home's backyard. Has anyone considered this or done something similar (i.e. a tennis court)? How would I get started, who would I talk to? How much would this cost?
