Tmobile home internet suddenly doesn't play nice with work VPN

I have been reliably using TMHI for the past two years. I have a secondary Unifi Gateway and AP for the home network. I have been using a pi hole for the past several months. Last week, I suddenly can't stay connected to company resources via the main VPN tunnel. I can kind of use the older VPN. Nothing to my knowledge has changed.

I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps of restarting all the components. I have removed the pihole from the equation. I have also removed the unifi network from the equation in my last troublshooting attempt.

For the most part, i still get solid 100+ speeds download and 40ish upload, which is unchanged. I seem to notice that i am having to reload webpages more often, as they only have load or load without formatting, or not at all. Sometimes a speedtest will hangup completely. I have done multiple packet test and nothing ever seems to get dropped, just latency gets quite high (500+).

There are no hard wired connections available to my house, so my only alternative is Starlink. I have considered the external antenna, but I'm skeptical that it will solve my problem.

Does anyone have any experience getting TMHI to play nice with corporate vpns?

Two years ago, I had a house built and made sure to have ethernet run to every room and terminate in my office. I have all the terminating wires connected to a patch panel that then connects to my switch. I made sure they used Cat 6 cable, though they seemed to use cat5e jacks at the wall, which I have switched out to cat6. If I test my internet speed while hooked up to the wall port, it never goes above 60ish download. While on wifi or with a cable stretched across the room directly from the switch it will regularly go over 200 download.

The only two possible sources for an issue would be my patch panel installation, or the wire cable in the wall is compromised in some way.
