Upgrade Tip at… Excalibur?

I’m bringing my lady to Vegas for her first time and while I was prepared to stay at the Cosmo, she thought it would be fun to stay in a castle. I got their nicest non-suite room for a whopping $106, including all fees! It has a hot tub next to the window. My question is: would tipping at check-in even get me anything? Perhaps a suite upgrade or resort credit? A higher floor with a better view? I’m wondering if this is overkill, but wanted to hear your thoughts before we arrive. Thanks!

The Sheer Cost of all of this “Hollywood CGI”

I work in post-production in the entertainment industry and I have to say, the actual cost to make all of this “Hollywood CGI” would cost more than NASA’s entire budget. A minor change had to be made to a small detail on the show I work on and it took a week and cost the show $6,000 — for a small detail.

Also, the sheer volume of the work far exceeds the work capacity of every single person capable of creating fake space graphics — and this is before considering the thousands and thousands of hours of “footage created on Hollywood sets”.

It’s easy to claim that every bit of NASA footage is faked or created by CGI, but the logistics are a pure impossibility.

Then again, logic or truth doesn’t matter to these people who are incapable of seeing anything on a large scale. Fucking morons.

When I first visited Vegas in 2008, nearly every casino had a free slot play bonus between $5 and $25. I tried to do them all on the strip one afternoon and came out with $125, having bet zero dollars on my own! Any similar free slot play promos going on currently?
