How to live Meditatively? ✨️

Most people are living on autopilot — overthinking, reacting, absorbing negativity, and losing touch with their true self.

But a meditative life is different. 🌿

It teaches you to lead with your heart instead of your fears.

To stay rooted within, no matter what happens around you.

To protect your peace from negativity and gossip.

To choose kindness, awareness, and inner balance every single day.

The more spiritually aware you become, the lighter your mind feels… and the clearer your life becomes. ✨

True transformation begins within.

If you are ready to experience deeper peace, clarity, and self-awareness, begin your inner journey with the meditation courses at Aathman Awareness Centre.

"Do meditation with love"... I think this is the most important part. Love is key. With love comes surrender. And when you give up control, you start to just BE. Which basically what mediation is.. Do nothing, simply Be. ✨️✨️

Stress feels unavoidable these days—but what if the problem isn’t the situation… it’s the mind?

Teachings from HH Guruji Sundar highlight that most stress comes from fear and instability of the mind—not just external pressure. And in today’s world, that feels very real.

We usually try to:

* Change the situation

* Escape the environment

* Or rely on temporary fixes

But meditation offers a different approach. Instead of running away, it trains you to face situations with a balanced, fearless mindset. Over time, you stop reacting out of fear and start responding with clarity.

Chakra meditation, especially focusing on the Agna (Third Eye) Chakra, helps:

* Strengthen the mind

* Reduce fear of outcomes

* Stay mentally prepared for challenges

Another powerful aspect—meditation starts acting like an “inner guide.” It naturally makes you aware of your own mistakes without defensiveness, allowing real inner growth and transformation.

With consistent practice, stress begins to lose its hold. You gain the ability to handle pressure, think clearly, and remain steady even in difficult situations.

If you’re serious about building a calm, strong, and resilient mind, explore the programs offered by Aathman Awareness Centre and begin your practice.

Our choice of food shapes us in more ways than we can possibly imagine. What we consume not only affects us physically but also mentally and spiritually. A balanced diet is the key to good health - this is something we all know. Since we were children, we have been told the importance of eating home-cooked and nutritious meals. But one must admit it was easier to follow a healthy diet back then, as our parents kept a check on what we ate.

As we grow up, we come across a plethora of recipes, from international cuisines to fast food; our taste buds have come a long way. Although there is no harm in trying new things, junk food takes a toll on our health when we form a habit of eating out or resorting to heavily processed packaged meals. Eating clean is one of the simplest ways to keep both our physical and mental health in check. Admittedly, it is easier said than done. But, there's a hack to it - quite simple, actually.
