About a week ago I was rear ended when I was at a complete stop at a red light. The guy came out and said he was placing a parlay on his phone and didn’t see me. I asked for his insurance which caused him to want to fight me and made him call me a racist. Keep in mind we’re both minorities in Los Angeles. For a few a minutes I had to talk to him and calm him down. Eventually I got his information and told him I’d give him a heads up if I went through the insurance. After considering his aggressiveness I decided to not even contact him. Today his insurance found him 100% at fault and he messaged me this.
