My insurance is limited in what it can cover and no where I can find specifies they treat this with CBT. I can't face this on my own. I'm on NJ Medicaid. I use nasal pillows and won't do full face because that freaks me out. I have a Philips Dreamwear with the tube on top, the only problem is mine tends to leak if I move my head too much. Curious what others have tried and what you think!
