Steve's Precision question

Good evening, everyone. I've been a huge Steve Fender fan since I started playing bass 10 years ago, and I even own the Japanese signature model. I've always had a big question about Steve's Precision bass: is the neck still the original one, or has it been replaced? The Fender logo was already considerably worn in the 80s and completely disappeared in the 90s, but the neck looks the same worn-out one as always. However, judging by Steve's excessive sweating on stage and all his usual movements, I can't believe the original neck hasn't broken or something like that yet. There's also the issue of the frets, which also wear out, even though he always used flat frets. I've never read anything about that. I know that the neck on Geddy's '72 Jazz Bass has been replaced at least twice.

uninstalling a corrupted program

Good evening, everyone. Is there a way to remove a corrupted program from the "installed apps" tab? One of my software programs became corrupted after a power outage and started malfunctioning. I uninstalled the program, uninstalled related drivers, and nothing solved the problem. I resorted to Revo Uninstaller, and in desperation, deleted everything related to the program. I reinstalled it, and it started working perfectly again after deleting everything related. However, it still appears in the uninstall option, but I can't uninstall it because it says it can no longer find the files to perform the uninstallation.

Track "skipping"

Good evening, everyone. Here's the thing. My dad is totally absent-minded and turned off the main power switch while changing a socket in the kitchen, and my Ableton was open. Well, when I restarted the PC, it did a Windows update, and I opened a project with an MP3 track. The problem is that when I start playing over the track with my bass plugged in, it starts skipping slightly, and that really annoys me. Do you know what it could be? It wasn't happening before today's "blackout"... I tried reinstalling Ableton, but it didn't solve anything. I'm using Ableton Live 12 Lite.

Well, I've watched the movie several times and formulated a theory that I've never seen spread around (but if it already exists, forgive me for my lack of attention). Well, my theory is that the Blade Runner squad was composed of androids manufactured by Tyrell, but the models that didn't have an "expiration" date. I thought of this after analyzing some facts:

  1. Bryant and Gaff treat Deckard with disdain throughout the entire movie, as if he were truly inferior to them. Bryant comments "you know the score, pal: if you're not a cop, you're little people" and Deckard responds in a way as if he really had no choice and was forced to do that job. At the end of the movie, Gaff says to Deckard "you've done a man's job, sir", which opens up space for many interpretations, but above all, that he might not be human. Another thing is that replicants were "disposable," which would make them perfect for "retirement" service;

  2. At the end of the movie, after Deckard kills Pris and Roy confronts him, Roy starts to die, and I've always noticed that he seems to show a certain compassion for Deckard, as if, in some way, they were similar... he could very well have killed Deckard; 3. The fact that he fell in love with a replicant, given that they were seen as a kind of scum in that society and were used as mere "objects." Perhaps he identified with her, in addition to the fact that Deckard always seems unhappy and lonely, as if something constantly bothers him and he knows he's a replicant. Do you think this makes any sense?

This ends up mixing with theories that Deckard is in fact a replicant. The point here is to question whether the Blade Runner squad is composed primarily of replicants...
