What’s with being in your 50s and suddenly feeling fine with waking up at 5am? My parents used to do this and I thought it was crazy. But now I’m doing it and I weirdly like being up before anyone else and before the sun has fully risen.

We had a house fire in December, and it had to be torn down to the foundation. My wife and I like to go by after work to see the progress a couple times a week. We noticed today that some of the joists are warped and twisted. How much of a problem will this be for us if the contractor continues with the warped boards?
