Because if they plan on adding new missions and characters and so on. I would assume they would need to. And keeping the old audio with the new audio I imagine would sound odd if they only did voice acting for the new content

So I have a bunch of NPC overhauls installed right now. Such as the "children of" series. Modpocalypse. And Nithi NPCs. I also have the mugshots for these installed. And through both easy NPC and NPC plugin 2 I can't see them sometimes. They're blank. I also have the folder in settings pointing directly to the mugshots folder.
Like I can see northbourn just fine all the time. I can SOMETIMES see the "children of" series for SOME NPCs. But that's it.
I just spent 2 hours picking and choosing what NPC faces I want, finished the entire thing. Disabled all of the mods I had previously installed for the merge. Enabled the NPC merge mod and it doesn't even work.
In fact, the NPC appearances.esp keeps disabling itself for some reason.
For being called EasyNPC this shit sure as hell doesn't seem easy
Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated
