I got gifted this plant and I’m not sure what care it needs to thrive?? Any beginner tips recommended it’s been okay for about 3-4 months now I’d just like to get it even better

I was wondering if anyone could identify my two pothos, one has been with me for 3 years (we had to remove its longest stem which was about 2-3 metres in length) but I wanted to know any tips, up until now I was just watering but I would like to start doing a little more for them especially since I got a lovely new one also. Thank you any tips appreciated!!

I got these two as gifts, I’m very new to plant keeping I’ve been very closed off to just my pothos and terrariums for a while now but about a year ago I started buying other plants, what are some tips to get my snake plants nice?? I’d love to get more int plants and do more for them than just watering.
