Is this a good govt policy idea?

Please let me know

Idea: every 3 years a committee (appointed by the govt) does an holistic audit of constituency to find all the loop holes in govt offices and institutions like govt hospitals , govt schools etc in that constituency as an eco system of governance

And try to study and find points that are weak in the system, and problematic officials , system failure reasons in that constituency:

Then the committee creates a proposal, by making a new additional accountability path, if there is any negligence or corruption,

the committee links the employees to hold them accountable of each other, even from different departments if needed, and also involve active citizens , lawyers, NGO s if needed.

And these details we will be available publicly on govt platforms.

The committee creates a proposal of custom rules for each constituency , with even official specific rules and also consequences they have to face, after studying the constituency holistically and a micro GO is created to enforce these rules for the next 1 year

(The custom rules are additional to existing rules not a replacement )

Committee does an audit for 2 - 3 months in each constituency and is supposed to show the results.

Random thoughts about love and recognition

If you need love and recognition from society , you need to fake everything , live according to their expectations, and they will ignore almost instantly. . you if they find anyone better.

So I think we should look for love and recognition from nature, a flower in your garden should love you, and the trees, sun and moon should recognise you.. they have love in abundance, you will never feel dissatisfied

Just be in tune with nature, walk in a park, sleep on the terrace looking at the sky , have a relationship with nature, talk to the trees and the sky , and talk to your food before you eat (ask for love and strength)

Hope you become rich and famous with everything in nature.

Is this a good idea ?

Idea:

Every citizen gets a fixed number of petition points from the government every month, like a monthly allowance. (Expires after a month , if unused)

They can use these points on an online platform to raise local issues or support existing ones, similar to a crowdfunding model.

(also accessible through Mee Seva / CSC centres and at least one government office in rural areas like anganwadi centre or govt school etc )

A citizen can give points — 5 points, 50 points, etc — based on how important the issue feels to them.

Each issue will also show basic stats, like how many people are affected, and the estimated cost/resources needed to address it.

The platform categorizes issues into predefined priority tiers.

Each tier has a weightage. For example:

* Tier 1 (basic rights like quality healthcare, education, etc) → 2x audit points

* Tier 2 → 1x

* Lower tiers → 0.5x, 0.25x, etc

The government must either take action or officially explain why the issue is delayed or not feasible.

If they fail to respond properly, then all the citizens who supported that issue receive audit points.

We then combine the audit points of each constituency. If the total audit points cross a certain threshold, an independent audit team or committee is sent to that constituency.

They prepare a report and decide the official action plan — such as escalating to higher authorities in case of serious negligence, or to ACB if corruption is found.

They will identify the root causes behind the issues and report/escalate accordingly, and decide how to proceed further.

And if someone is caught violating rules (traffic violations, littering in public places etc.), they lose eligibility to receive petition points for that month

What do you think of this idea ?

(Give me a reality check , i am very over confident about this 😅😅)

Govt must either take action, or

officially explain why it is delayed or not feasible

If they fail to respond properly, then all the citizens who supported that issue get penalty points.

These penalty points can be used in government services (bus tickets, train tickets, application fees, etc.) for 25 % of the amount (remaining 75 % amount citizen have to pay )

And if someone is caught violating rules (traffic violations, littering, etc.), they lose eligibility to receive petition points for that month
