Three days ago I felt something under my jaw. Hard, immobile. It's like a grape. Does anyone has similiar experience/?

F20 Two days ago I felt a lymph node under my jaw, it's quite hard and strange, it sticks out slightly from under my jaw on the left side. When I was younger I had cat claws and in 2023, 2024 my nodes were bigger but healthy.This year, the day before yesterday, I felt this lymp node. The doctor felt small, single lymph nodes on the right side and determined that the one on the left side might be 1 cm. I myself feel a pressure in my neck, a slight pain. The doctor said he didn't think it was oncological and referred me for an ultrasound, which was called lymphadenitis, especially on the left side I88. He said that some people do biopsies when they have such larger nodes, and he also gave me blood tests, I want to do it tomorrow. I'm wondering if you think it could be lymphoma? Im so scared and yeah..

Im F20. When I was 11 I had cat scratch disease on the right side of my armpit and neck, years later the left side seemed bigger to me, in 2023 I had an ultrasound and the result was good. In 2024 I felt something on the side of my neck, I had an ultrasound which showed "non-pathological lymph nodes 15x5mm" This year I heard about a boy with cancer. I started touching my neck again. The lump on the side didn't change, but I started touching the front of my neck and felt a rather hard rubber ball, a bean idk, it is under the jaw, on the left side, it's hard to tell if it's moving, the skin is moving but I don't know. Two weeks ago I had a cold. I have a feeling of a slightly stuffy nose, but i feel good. The stress is eating away at me and I'm wondering if this looks like lymphoma. I have no other symptoms, only itching when I started reading about the symptoms, but I do not have night sweats or fever. My mom doesn't feel anything on my neck so I don't know. I'm a complete mess, I cry all the time and yeah..
