Mots-c and workouts
I currently take mots-c fasted, before a work out and love it. Someone asked me today if it would have any benefit to someone who doesn’t really lift weights and I wasn’t sure on the answer

Has anyone been successful switching from Reta to Saxenda?
I was losing 1-2lbs a week on sax but went off it in Feb. I managed to maintain my weight when o came off but I do have about 20-30lbs to lose.. so I started Reta at the beginning of April.
I know Reta can be a slower start if you’ve taken other glp1s .. but I just don’t feel as good on it and o haven’t lost anything.
I feel like I ruined a good thing by switching and now I dunno what to do
I have some pens expiring this year and don’t plan on using them
Would it be as to throw them away? I’m assuming I should take them to the pharmacy to dispose of?
I know.. another one of these posts… but I’m having a pity party…
I started saxenda last year on a very low dose (0.3mg) and pretty much stayed at 1.6mg and lost 30lbs. I came off of it because I had to take a different medication which was also an appetite suppressant, my doctor wanted to made sure I was eating. I came off that med and was ready to go back on sax, but my friends introduced me to Reta.
I started at 0.5 and I definitely felt appetite suppression, but I was craving food a lot (which has never happened). I ended up gaining, so I upped it to 1.0. I’m struggling to eat (but forcing small meals) and I’m up again! I am tracking protein, calories and working out
It’s been 4 weeks (2 weeks 0.5/ 2 week 1.0)… and I’m confused what to do. I’m scared if I up my dosage more.. eating will be beyond uncomfortable..
Did I screw everything up by switching off something that was working for me?
