HSBC Whiteley

Hello everyone

Does anyone here work in HSBC office in Whiteley ? What’s it like and what groups are there ?

(Context- asked another question on HSBC RTO and this office seems closer to me)

Hybrid working at HSBC

Hello all !

I’m currently thinking of pursuing a role at HSBC, am UK based

Only issue - I’m based in Bournemouth which is a while from London. What’s the hybrid model really like at HSBC UK? I’ve read 2-3 days in the office; but is there any flexibility ?

Hi

I have started using the elliptical at the gym whilst i give my knees a rest.

I did about 30mins HIIT today and the machine said 100 calories burnt whereas my watch (FR 265) said about 250!

Which one is correct and how can I edit if I need to on the app?

Hello

So I’ve been running 5k on and off for a few years and most recently started having some pain in my left knee and the doctor thinks it’s runners knee, so having an appt with the physio

She said I could carry on with light exercise with that knee but no hard/ fast runs

Wanted to see if anyone had runners knee here and if they did like 1-2 easy runs a week to keep the mileage ? Also, does anyone know why the pain goes away AFTER you start running ?

Hello

Thought I’d ask this question since AI has probably changed the landscape quite a bit !

I know you can’t outrun a bad diet! But half the problem o have is tracking what I eat !

I’ve historically used MyFitnessPal but it’s less good with food that I have to inventory (eg when I don’t have a barcode)

Not sure if that has changed but any recommendations ?

Hello

48m, 80 kg weight , 5 ft 10

I’ve been doing cardio and gym weights up until now. More on the cardio than gym (gym was once a week)

I’ve now decided to start push pull legs.

Once the challenges I have is that finding time with kids and work can be difficult (so cardio was easier as I could pop out for a 30min 5k run)

I’ve read with PPL I can do 3 days a week (for about an hour) or 6 days a week (for 30 mins), but how does the latter work? Do I add more weight or cut some of the exercise

Anyone recommend a good 30 min a session 6 day ppl ?
