Can I shrink the Sailor Slippers more than this? They barely shrunk at all in the wash and are still HUGE.
I couldn't find better flair, but I'm at a loss here. I made the Sailor Slippers I've been seeing. I was told to trust the process and that they'd shrink, but they're not. I've done one wash on warm and another on hot and they're still several sizes too large. They really aren't much different from before the wash despite being 100% wool. They're fuzzy and felting, just not shrinking. Should I try one more hot cycle? There's no option to change the rinse temp om my machine, so it has to be cold I think. But it's a new washing machine and I don't understand the settings yet. I have a pic of the current slippers as well as my washer settings.
