Which of you were spanked as an adult (after 18) by your parents while living at home?
???

If Jim Crow became reality again overnight, what would the implications for society and you personally be?
I personally find it downright abusive I had to share the "big kids' room" with several small children who were still in diapers.
Granted I wasn't the only one my age at that daycare and some of them stayed even longer than me, but still...
I ask because of their raccoon tails, flat faces, chonkiness, and floof.
I'm autistic, and that comes with a lot of issues that lead me into verbal blowups, especially when dealing with my parents.
1: I can't handle small talk. I usually walk away from it, and if forced to participate, act as uninterested as I actually am.
2: I can't handle being told what to do. I can handle GOD telling me what to do, but no one else. Teach me not to do pornography, and otherwise PISS OFF.
3: I can't handle people talking to me while I'm doing chores or doing my piecework at KCTC (sheltered workshop). You want me to burn with hate towards you? Do that.
4: I can't handle having to repeatedly get up from what I'm doing FOR THE TENTH TIME TONIGHT WHEN YOUR LAZY SELF COULD'VE DONE IT OR YOU COULD'VE LAID IT ON ME ALL AT ONCE SO I COULD RELAX AT THE END OF THE DAY WITHOUT WORRYING EVERY SECOND IF I'M GONNA HAVE TO GET UP AND BE YOUR SLAVE.
5: I demand a huge amount of personal time, and if I don't get it I get angry and start yelling, begging, and screaming.
6: I can't handle people watching shoot-em-up movies while I'm in the room, unless they're a movie of my choice.
7: Watching America's Funniest Home Videos in the same room as me makes me want to literally maim whoever's doing it.
8: Telling me to do my job a different way after I'VE ALREADY DONE IT SUCCESSFULLY MY WAY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS FOR ANYONE is a way to ensure I quit my job if it's done enough.
9: Continuing to speak to me after I've yelled at you to stop is a big no-no.
What should I do? I can't go on like this.
On Wikipedia's map of gun laws, Ghana is in green (guns are shall-issue except for rifles which are banned). It's also in one of the most restrictive anti-gun REGIONS on Earth. What's the history behind why Ghana has such lenient gun laws compared to its neighbors?
Yes I understand from what I've read they're treated much more harshly than in America, but the fact that they're legal at all in that part of the world is unique. What's the history behind that?
TBC, this is not what I want to happen by any stretch of the imagination.
But it's reality.
Tanner Horner is the former Fedex driver who kidnapped, raped, strangled, and killed Athena Strand, a 7 year old little girl.
Why should someone get to rape and murder a beautiful 7 year old child, then repent while strapped to the electric chair, and get into heaven alongside evangelists and church workers (and likely his victim as well), while there are billions whom God has deliberately left in the dark in Africa and closed countries in Asia who will burn in hell despite being good people?
Where's the justice?
