Please Make the Benari Couple Go Away.

Please Make the Benari Couple Go Away.

If you're in the Philadelphia area, this commercial and variants of it have been running NONSTOP on YouTube. I figure by the time they stop running it, this couple will have divorced and gotten remarried to other people.

It's not just the frequency of the commercial, but the fact that the bride-to-be says she wanted to go somewhere where she could try on rings "and see how it looked on my finger." I'm sorry -- are there jewelry stores that won't allow you to try on rings before plunking down hundreds to thousands of dollars??

\"Finally! A jewelry store that will let me try on rings! The other jewelry stores threw me to the ground in a chokehold.\"

Investigation was botched from the beginning

I am deeply disturbed by the work history of sheriff Nanos, and frankly, I don’t know how he still has this job. I don’t feel he is trustworthy.

I also feel he’s incompetent. The house was just given a cursory search before it was returned to the family. I just knew this was premature and wrong. Didn’t anyone learn anything from the JonBenét Ramsey case?

After following this case from the beginning, I am beginning to think Nancy did not leave her home alive.

As to who her abductor was, I think that it’s a good possibility he had at one time done work around Nancy’s property. Either a small handyman job, or maybe he was part of a larger work crew, and Nancy didn’t know him specifically, but he thought she might be a good target for ransom.

I believe if she was killed accidentally, the abductor, realizing he now had no leverage for ransom, took the body to Mexico. There is plenty of desert land in Mexico where a body could be left, and wild animals will scavenge the body and eliminate evidence. There is so much remote territory to cover there that the likelihood of finding a body is slim to none. If the abductor also killed himself, the trail kind of ends there, and since efforts have been focused in Arizona, it makes sense that there has been no progress.

I hope that I am wrong, but I think this may be a case that forever goes unsolved.

I can't think of anything less in the spirit of Philadelphia than assisting Trump in his ICE prison camps and deportation operations. Immigrants are a valued part of our community and country. The message sent by Citizens Bank on one of our stadiums is the wrong message. https://www.boycottcitizens.org/

My local store is getting more and more sparse in its choices, and I don't see any new finds that used to be part of the sense of discovery at the store. The ice cream freezer is mostly empty, and what's there is boring and nothing anyone wants. I'm debating whether to go to LIDL instead. I'm frustrated since GO used to have everything I needed, and outside of fruits and vegetables, I'm not thrilled with LIDL.
