I try prep cook as best I can. I’ve made a large amount of this pasta dish I’ve made up for some upcoming night shifts. Chicken, bacon, onions, garlic, mushrooms, basil, spinach, chopped tomatoes and some cholula put in.
The second photo is before I put the pasta in the sauce. I kind of wish I kept them separate now.
Hi just seeing if someone had a good route or place for an easy to follow 12-15K run.
I ran Richmond park not long ago, really nice but hilly in parts. Want something flat if possible.
Thanks all and take care.
I was visiting family in Reading. I went to this cafe my Grandad used to take me to as a child. It was exactly how I remembered it. My wife loved it too. I absolutely smashed this breakfast! Very nostalgic being there! We are walking it off now.

My wife makes this epic breaded chicken when she does Katsu. I wanted it today just with fries and mayo. It reminds me of when in Germany having Schnitzel and fries.
I bought these sausages at a farm shop in Surrey.
Made a sausage and bacon bap with some cheese rolls.
Was bangin!
I bought this pie at a farm shop. Mince beef and onion pie.
The pastry was incredible, I would have a liked more filling inside the pie though.
I made the mash and I wanted peas but forgot to buy any.
I really wanted gravy also but that seemed weird with beans.
Don’t usually eat breakfast these days but slightly hanging so needed something.
Eggs on toast. Toast has loads of butter and Philadelphia on it. Back bacon on the side. Run out of Cholula so some ketchup all over.
The hash browns were very weird. Bought them from frozen. Not bad just weird. When I saw those marmite flavoured sausages I just had to get them and they were pretty good!
I used to be a very fit and healthy rugby player quite a long time ago. Then put on a lot of weight and become very unhealthy. My legs remained strong and like tree trunks. I had a great weight loss journey and now my running journey began about six months ago and has been going well so far. I am training for my first half marathon and my legs are sooooorrrrreee.
What do you do to keep your legs loose and fresh? I feel like my legs get sore quite easy. Maybe I am just being silly, this is just running! Your legs will get sore!
Anybody cold plunge? Sauna? That sort of thing help?
Steak, fried eggs, frozen cauliflower hash browns, broccoli. Cholula on the side.
