Hello, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, the tracking today still shows that it was out for delivery yesterday and now I have no options to update the delivery - does this mean it’s out for delivery today instead?

I had a call today where i was told that I may be referred to a male infertility clinic and it “might be difficult to conceive normally” but is this the end of the world for me? It felt really tough to hear at the time but I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance. For reference, I have previously been a daily weed smoker (not high quantity- about 1.75g a week but still daily) but as of today I’ve stopped for 3 weeks. As far as I’m aware it’s just the progressive motility that appears to be a bit low, which I’m hoping will increase through stopping THC and taking supplements, otherwise my lifestyle is fine, not much of a drinker except on occasions and I do tend to stay active.
