the first pic is right now, it’s super dry and burning and i’m about to leave the house but don’t know what to do for it. i have:
- opzelura
- aquaphor
- neosporin lol
- hydrocortisone ointment 2.5
- hydrocortisone cream 1%
- ketoconazole cream 2%
- lotrimin ultra so butenafine hydrochloride 1% cream
- tramcinolone acetonide .025
-tacrolimus ointment .1
- desonide.05
-
and for the past few days i’ve put a mix of:
- clotrimazole cream 1%
and
- mupirocin ointment 2%
on the sides of my mouth twice a day

what could this be and what can i use out of these things at least for today

Withdrawal on the subway

Hey, I tapered off for a long time and stopped (lexapro) officially a couple weeks or so ago. Maybe 1-2 weeks?

I live in NYC. the subway has been awful. It’s 4:30pm, I was on it briefly for a few stops 1:45pm, about 10 mins. I have been dizzy and out of it ever since. I took advil to no avail, I almost feel like that made it worse.

Other than that I was having a pretty fine day today. Most other times I’ve noted brain zaps and dizziness, I’ve been on the subway. What is it about the subway that is exacerbating these symptoms so hard, and why has it not left me 3 hours later?

I’m at work and doing my best to take it easy. Any other tips appreciated

Cracking, red, burning, dry, inflamed lips. Been going on for a while now on and off

They burn and will dry and flake up really intensely. It’s been happening on and off for like a year now.

I’ve seen a dermatologist about this and she gave me a ton of creams and gels and said it’s related to some dryness that sometimes appears in the sides of my nose where the sides of my nostrils connect to my face. I also sometimes get random burning flakes between my eyelids and eyebrow, sometimes in seemingly random spots. Always my face. And sometimes even the most sensitive of lotion (vanicream sensitive skin) will make my face burn for a min. She never really gave it all a name/reason, just gave me these creams. She did at one point say the word perioral dermatitis and said it was probably all connected.

I have lots of these prescription creams and gels I can try, and I have, but I don’t think they’re working/don’t know which to focus on, and I just found out she moved to another state.

Any ideas of what it is/what prescriptions might help? I can also provide a list of what I have (it’s four different ones) but I want to see what people think without that bias bc I’m not sure if it was a properly thorough diagnosis
