What is the most stable R9 390 Driver Updatefor WIN11?

So I updated my Drivers to the latest (22.6.1) and now I'm having issues, particularly with DOOM Eternal. Back then I was able to play 90-100+ FPS on this game with no issues whatsoever. But now that I have updated my drivers, I have to turn on vsync so that my audio doesn't bug out. This has happened in a few instances before but it wasn't this bad to the point where I have to play on 60 FPS. Please Help!

Hey! I'm looking for some interior recommendations for this? I was planning for it to become a storage build but after some thinking, it kinda doesn't make sense with the atmosphere of the build. I would appreciate some ideas to fill up my brain because I'm running out 😅. Thanks in advance!
