Should i completely break it down and build a new one or could I still save it

I don't really build square buildings but this time it kinda happened out of nowhere. What can I do for this build that wouldn't look boring? I'm getting close to just reshaping the whole thing but wanted other opinions first.

Hi all, this is my first attempt at heavily texturing a build (reference is 2nd image) and I'm looking for things I can do better cuz I feel like this is heavily block vomit and not a weathered look like I was trying to replicate. Give it to me straight thanks!

Tried building in this style (not sure what exactly it's called) and I'm not sure how to do a roof. It's a somewhat circular room. Any suggestions/advice?

What can I add to my town to improve it. The main thing I need advice for I the tower build. I think personally I did a pretty good job on the rest of it but thought I would ask for tips and criticism here.

I built this over the past couple of weeks but it honestly feels kinda empty

Do you guys have any suggestions on what to add?

Edit:thx for all the replies

I will definitely add pipes, more trees and try myself at a waterfall

Its supposed to be a mine with a mansion next to it and a trainstation for transport

I will post an update in a couple of weeks :D

I made this "house" as a villager breeder and that's why there is a lack of an interior, it's the first build I've designed that I'm truly proud of and was wondering if anyone had tips on how to improve or make more buildings that are at least on the same level as this one cause I'm kind of stumped. (I know the roof needs to be textured).

The update is I took new screenshots from closer up if anyone was curious.

I built a big jungle cathedral in my survival world as my new base, but I have no idea how to decorate the interior, so I'm asking for tips or ideas on how I should do it, what materials to use etc.

I have just finished the main building, but I would like some advice on how to improve some certain aspects of it, like the roof and gardens

(im kinda going for a restord country side mansion from the early 1900th) (and maybe add some new sections on the sides)

First time posting in this community, I was building a mansion inspired from a post by : u/Express-Low4919 I need some suggestions to make the build visually interesting, like what colors to use that would look good with it as I think there is too much spruce at the moment , I will be adding an extension off to one side to break the symmetry.

It feels so hard to get my builds to look as good as other people's. I really want to get good at this, but I feel like it's not that simple. What are some good tips to improve? The images are some of my current builds I'm working on, how can I improve those specifically? I'm just looking for some constructive criticism.

Build 1: I just built this, unfinished but I don't know where to go with it. Mild inspiration from Mumbo's Season 11 starter base in HermitCraft (if you could even call it a starter base, it was beautiful). I want to add a windmill structure near it, getting like cottagey, small European town vibe. What can I do to improve it and my building in general?

Build 2: An abandoned house I was building on the same server as the second one. I abandoned it because I've built the same house before a million times. Either way, I think it could be used to ask how to improve.

Thank you guys!

There’s no limit or boundaries really to what to build here. My world has all sorts of different genres of build, and figured this specific geography has a lot of potential, but not totally sure what to do. Maybe something fantasy related, but not particularly tied to that. Resources aren’t a problem either— I have tons of farms and a lot of everything. Excited to see what ideas are brought! Thanks in advance.

I built these pillars to decorate my Guardian farm, and now I’m planning to build a city inside the circle. I’m not sure what style to go with, does anyone have any ideas?

I'm building this wizard tower on my hardcore world and can't find a great solution to spawn proofing the roof of this tower. Right now I have some temporary candles up (that's why the colors are wack) but I don't like how the particles show up sometimes. What are some other good options to stop mobs from spawning on the roof?

Is this gradient interior so bad, if yes any tips to fix it? Also, the gimmick of whole building is really vivid colors (orange and dark green, and the stone is here bc first floor is dedicated to stone farms. Also, how to add a furniture to buildings with such extraordinary colors and especially with high ceilings (I struggle with that, I tried adding some cool custom trees along the walls)

I’m planning on building a village and wanted to make a moc to see what I thought I could do. I’m newer to building and not sure what direction I should go with this tower yet.

The color scheme will change depending on if I do this in a snow or a jungle biome. I might make it into a bell tower but I’m still unsure. Thoughts on it?

Trying to make a gothic castle tower, any tips on how to make it look more detailed? Open to increasing the tower width to add features / any to int along those lines
