I was drinking a premier protein cafe latte as my first "meal" of the day I almost finished it but I got full. Is the pill working already or just placebo? Also how am I going to get a lot of protein in if I can't even finish a protein shake?

I'm starting Wegovy pill tomorrow and I'm trying to decide on a tracker app or if I even need one. I don't think I need to worry about calories just protein and fiber. Edit I have android
