We had a session, started at 9pm and we went on till around 7am.
Loved it. Finally great to be part of a static.
But one tbing they kept asking each other was “how many dexy you got left” or then things like “need my dexy”
This is my first static so not sure what it is I’ve done lots of m+ and never heard of dexy

I made a +17 relaxed terrace
In notes I said “just for fun, probably won’t time but we will complete and have a laugh doing it - will try some MDI style pulls”
So we do the 2nd pull, pull the full corridor and los them round the door.
It was mayhem, nobody interrupting or using stops, people standing in stuff. But this is what I signed up for I wanted relaxed people…
But then, 2 of them start going absolutely MENTAL blaming me (tank) for the deaths and the pull…
Then comes the old vote to abandon
I say it is relaxed run and did you read note? No reply.
We continue. 1st boss done, then someone says “we won’t time let’s vote” … another vote declined
We continue, but 2 of them stop pressing buttons and just auto attack
This is not fun
What action do I need to take if any?
Recorded a panel meeting today and everyone had left. I didn’t stop recording or leave the call and I went and got a shower.
Came back with the old gentleman out as you do.
I then shat myself and though damn I’m recording in my work laptop here, so I checked and yep, there it is. The very end of my penis, not quite the full bell but you can see where the pee comes out (sorry!!!)
Now I did some googling and it would have been ok if it was flaccid from what I can see but I was semi erect.
But because it was only the very end of the penis I don’t think it would look erect on the recording
So what can I do here? As soon as I hit stop recording it will be available to everyone in the call.
How can I get rid of it? Do I need to tell HR?

I’ve been having the odd lunch time tipple and got into a bit of a row with one of my subordinates you see
The issue isn’t the row or the drinking for that matter. But they aren’t happy that I made them call me daddy in view of the whole office.
What do we think? Should I be engaging my solicitor or is this a non issue?

Just looking to get my ducks in a row for a grievance that has gone in against me and looking for some advice
Civil servant, G7, finance type area (without being too specific). I have 4 reports, each of whom have 10 of their own.
We had an away day last month, now I’m partial to a tipple and so are the boys so I booked us in at a hotel that has beer in the room.
We have a relaxed relationship, the boys call me daddy (I did not influence this in anyway way) as a joke type thing. Which I am comfortable with by the way.
Day 1, we get to the area. Straight to the office, work till 3 and the off to hotel. Few beers, little bit of charlie and then bed around 1. Nothing out of the norm. Yes I am aware that isn’t not big or clever.
Day 2, we invite some of the boys from the office out for lunch. Get to the pub, we end up just staying all day, same deal, few beers and a bit of charlie.
One of the boys from the Manchester office pulls me to one side and says how he doesn’t feel comfortable with me getting them to call me daddy. I made a joke and said that he can call me daddy too if he asks daddy nicely or something like that. He laughed and that was it.
Day 3 we had a back to the floor type thing, thought I’d invite this guy to join us and he did. I made a joke about him calling me daddy last night and he did not say a thing, looked a bit upset and was awkward. So to say sorry I offered him a bit of Charlie which he had.
Now a week later I’ve been given the old wink wink about a grievance that has been put against me about me calling someone daddy and MAKING them do drugs at work.
What makes it worse is this is my 2nd involving cocaine and I do have it registered that I have an addiction and as part of me remaining employed I’ve got to have therapy and all sorts. There is a signed agreement.
What will become of me? Is it best practice for me to engage the solicitor that created the agreement from the first grievance or should I seek another?
