New Windows 11 update has done some weird stuff to my Laptop

A few days ago I updated my laptops windows 11 (not by choice, it randomly restarted my laptop and started updating). Now it has a hard time running my games; I get low fps while before I was able to play just fine.

Something I did to fix this was to verify my files via cmd admin. Which seemed to have fixed it; but the next day it would have the same issue and I’d have to run the cmd again which takes time scanning then restarting etc. and I know it’ll get annoying eventually.

What I’ve noticed is my stats for my nvidia driver in the corner of my screen tells me it’s using very low cpu and gpu so I’m wondering if it’s not applying to my games somehow? I don’t know how it works really I just want to play games lol.

If anyone can help me figure this problem out that would be amazing! I can fill in any other details if I’m missing any as well :)

Waiting for a package that is set to arrive between April 29th-May 13th. The package arrived in my province on May 11th and it looks like it’s sending and arriving at the same DHL facility (unless there’s 3 different facilities in BC). Noticed it stopped updating after May 1st, found out they don’t work weekends but looking at it today it’s done the same thing as May 1st. My address is correct and I haven’t gotten any emails or anything about any issues. Is this normal?

My brother has asked me to make a persona for his DJ profile. Ive made a base for it and want feedback on what I can do better (specifically the hands but critique about anything else would be very helpful as well).

His character is based on being tired/spent so I've made super dark eyebags but I'm not sure how else to express the character being tired. I will also make a glitch effect later on once I've gone through some editing on it. Ill share the rough sketch and the cleaner base.

Im looking for critique on anything, lineart, style, feeling, etc. I want this guy to look tired but also make it seem a bit exciting. Also anatomy in general but specifically the hand/s!
