I used TMR Sticks from Aknes.com , I paid about 10usd for pair of sticks and 15 usd for each clicky kit set.
I got the Sticks Soldered Locally. Paid about ₹ 250 per Controller.
Very Happy with output.
I got Two Pro Controllers now.
