So I 20f started having pain my left pointer finger, I noticed it when I went to press a button on an elevator the other day. Yesterday it got worse, i couldn’t bend it or really use it all without it being in pain. I live in a dorm and it’s finals week, i started playing video games a lot recently, also of the games i play have the WASD controls, but I’ve been playing those for my entire life. I do have hyper mobile joints, but I do not have EDS. There’s no swelling or bruising and i don’t remember hitting it or having it bend backwards at all, but it’s very likely i didn’t notice it. I’ve looked online for the symptoms of over use and sprained finger, but I’m not really meeting the symptoms of either. I want to know which one it is so I can I do the proper exercises and stretches to make sure it doesn’t stiffen

So I 20f first started trying to use tampons at 14 years old, because they are convenient and easier to swim with. However everything I’ve tried to use a tampon, my period fully stops, I mean it stops for the rest of the month. At first i thought it was a coincidence, because I knew periods can be irregular especially in the teen years. Over the last few years I’ve tried tampons with little to no success, i mainly use pads. When I was 17, I got nexplanon implant in my arm and I had pretty consistent periods for the entire 3 years, I got a replacement in August and I’ve maybe had 4 very light periods since the replacement. This week I got a pretty heavy period and I decided to give tampons another try, because I would prefer to have tampons. I put one in and like the other times my period stopped, but this time it only for a day and half and then it came back pretty heavy, I actually got 🩸on the floor from how heavy it was. Then when I went to change it, it was almost completely dry. Has anyone had this experience with tampons? I tried to do research, but i can’t find anything. For clarity I do change the tampon every 4 hours, which may be too soon, so I’m going to leave it in a little longer to test it. I just want to see if it’s just me
