Got this megachef canner from home depot, not sure if i'm doing anything wrong, all i did was fill it about 1/3 full with water, pressed the lid firm and locked into place, let it heat till it steamed for about 5 mins put the weight on and the weight isn't bobbling nor is the canner gaining pressure, and it started leaking water from the handles, thinking the seal might be upside down and needs flipped over, any suggestions or tips?

Honestly at a loss for how this thing was treated, the oil was awful, bolts are stripped, theres jb weld in the weirdest places, it has had all pf its bolts replaced with allens, supposedly its blown not able to start at least at all, has spark though.

212 non hemi
arc billet side cover
315 cam
flattop piston
arc rod
dual springs
champion rockers
chromoly pull rods
max ported - drrilled / boared out
honda ignition coil
titan premer clutch
Any suggestions of where to start, and if any of these supposed upgrades are immediately bs let me know that too, Thank you.
