I find the messy handwritten text really charming, made me wonder if there are any other cards that have custom fonts.

Steak sandwich with chipotle mayo, spinach, rocket, solanato tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and egg. For people that saw my last post, I have upgraded from the floor to a chair.

Potato was boiled in beef stock and aromatics then roasted in the oven in olive oil and pork fat. Steak was dry brined a day then cooked on a stainless steel pan, unfortunately pan was a bit too hot so steak got a bit overcooked. Sauce was a pan sauce with garlic and shallots then deglazed with sake and finished with cream and parsley.

Had too much leftover from the day before so decided to clean out the fridge for breakfast.
