POC kids?

I’m contemplating moving to Ashland from Arizona. I’d like my son to go to an alternative school, Waldorf, nature based, or project based learning Sudbury / Free school style. When I look at the schools websites I see no kids or teachers of color. I realize that the Black population is very small, but are the kids and teachers non existent? Or do they just go to/ teach in public schools?

I need some advice y’all!

I’m on day 17 of a 40 day juice fast. The first week went fairly smoothly, but the last 11 days have been terrible. I am having liquid diarrhea multiple times a day. This can’t be normal. What am I doing wrong?

The juices I’m drinking are the lemon ginger blast, but apples didn’t sit well so I switched to pineapple, no habaneros. And citrus juices, orange w/ pineapple & ginger and grapefruit w/orange & ginger.

I tried watermelon and carrots, not together of course, but they didn’t sit well at all. Not sure what I should do. Any tips to help my stomach settle? I am drinking some water, maybe 24 - 32 ounces a day. Should I up the water and reduce the juices? Or something else? Any advice would be appreciated!

I should also add that prior to the fast I was eating raw vegan for two weeks, and before that I was carnivore for about 3 months. I haven’t eaten wheat, eggs or dairy in years (was Paleo for about 13 years) so I definitely wasn’t eating the standard diet before starting the fast.

Last night I asked my partner (44m) what he ate for dinner. Mind you, we don’t live together, I was just curious and making conversation.

It took this man over 5 minutes to tell me. First he said, I can’t remember, then he said he had to go to the bathroom. When he came out a few minutes later he told me he had, pasta. And he had a whole story about how he was craving it and someone at work had made it which made him crave it, etc.

The story was very intricate for him not remembering it a few minutes beforehand. Mind you this was around 10pm, so only a couple of hours past dinner time. He was going to spend the night but ended up leaving at 2am because he said he couldn’t get comfortable. It just feels off to me. I really don’t think he’s cheating, we’ve been together for 3 years, but you really never know. Is this a telltale sign of something happening or is this just forgetfulness for having a lot on one’s mind?
