Hey folks,
Ever Since I've had my Core One + up and running here and there I've seen some insane layer shifts. I have ran calibrations and tests over and over all pass without any problem. I also performed belt tuning (I have it at 95 hz right now but have tried 105hz and that did not remedy the issue either) and XY aligment of the gantry to make sure the gantry is not crashing on either side and cause layer shifts but layer shifts still happening randomly. Anyone else has had a simillar experience?
Frimware: 6.5.3+12780
Nozzle: High Flow Brass nozzle (factory)
Material: Prusament PETG/PLA
Add-ons: Prusa's HEPA Filter
At this point I'm convinced that the XY gantry might be slightly bent in shipping as in assembly I remeber two of the screws that mounts the gantry to the exo-sceleton were not lining up exatctly (+/- 0.5 mm off) but I did manage to screw them on securely with a bit of persuasion.
