2015 GLK 350, P061B

So looking to get a 2015 glk 350, 98,000 miles. Only things about it that was off to me was codes cleared 21km ago but no current codes. He said he got the car scanned two days ago and had fault P061B. After some research it could be maf sensor or throttle body. So not CEL and car idled smooth, revved up fine, drove fine no hesitation a bit jerky on sport mode but that wasn’t worrying. I told him I’d want to rescan it after he drove it more because it didn’t show readiness on all sensors yet but is there anything specific I can check that will let me know if it’s mechanical/throttle body or a sensor?

So I did the lofta sleep test, results are both OSA and CSA. The results/prescription says pressure between 4 & 20. The representative that called from lofta, said a physician will adjust it. Do I need a physician? They recommend the lofta care therapy support for $200 which is unlimited masks and adjustments with assigned physician. They also said they price match + 10% so that will lower the overall expense that’s why I’m not sure if I need it. Any advice?
