It’s been over a week since my package has been updated or delivered. Mercari automatically rated the seller 5 stars and I never even received the order! After days of trying to get help online I finally called and was told I had to wait up to 30 days to see if the package will be delivered before I can even get considered for a refund.

Is this normal? 😳😳 Why would you complete my order and rate the seller 5 stars and the tracking clearly shows it hasn’t been delivered. Am I Crazy or is this normal? 😲😩😩

Purchased 2 Dyson HP04 Hot Cool Purifiers, one for the bedroom and the other for the Living room. Tonight in Chicago the temps got cooler so I decided to give the purifiers a test on the heat. Current temp is 72 in my house, I set them both to 77, and it took almost 3 to 4 hours for both to reach 77, blowing at speeds of 7 and 8. Let alone the fan is extremely loud at those speeds. Am I crazy or is that an extreme amount of time to warm a room up 5 degrees? Especially considering the price of these purifiers. I think I will be returning them both unfortunately, but want to make sure I’m not over reacting. 🥴🥴
