Hey all,

I’m about to purchase my first Dyson vacuum. I’m targeting the latest model v16, but I am reading mixed reviews. Normally, why I do this is because it provides the newest and latest tech but v16 is not much different than the v15. I like increased power in the v16 but that makes me wonder is it not going to sunction the carpet as well? I have 3 carpets and a small dog.

My question is: Is the power level difference significant and noticable from those of you who own these vacuums? Is it worth to buy the v16 just for that?

Looking to get a Dyson with wash option to replace “regular” mopping which I hate.

I am single man living in a 60 sqm home.

I already have a Dyson v11 which I am happy with.

Now I am thinking to either replace it entirely with v15s submarine or to add the pencilwash.

Adding a 2nd device isn’t the greatest but at least the pencilwash takes very little space so it should be manageable.

Any recommendations?

I've had a Dyson V11 Advanced for some time now and it's been a really great stick vacuum. Its price was a steal as it was on sale, however, it lacks any extra tools, unlike its former versions. I want to get the fluffy head for the hard floors, but I have a dilemma with all of the Fluffy Optic head models existing. I found a lot of different models of it and I don't really know which one is the right one.

Is it the 971360-01-A, or 972522-01?

Also, are there any decent European distributors for these tools? The official Dyson website doesn't have them listed and I would like to get one brand-new and not from a 2nd hand use.

Some time ago I bought a corded Amazon Basics vacuum cleaner, but it only lasts about 10 minutes and then overheats.
I’m considering a cordless Dyson (probably from the Dyson website due to discounts).

Max budget: €550. I’m undecided between:

• Dyson V11 Fluffy – €400
• Dyson V12 Origin – €500
• Dyson V15 Detect – €550

Which one would you recommend? It’s not clear to me if the warranty is 2 or 5 years.

Which has more features (weight, laser, screen, auto power adjustment, sensors)? Are they worth the price difference?

Maintenance: how often do parts need replacing? Battery: how long does it last (usage + long term)?

I have a V10 battery that is acting up. I get four red flashes followed by a blue flash when I press the trigger.

Does anyone know what error this specific flash sequence signifies or where I might find a full list of the error flash sequences?
