Personal project exploring a curved parametric timber facade for a cultural center concept.

Modeled in 3Ds Max, rendered with Corona Render. Final output at 4K. Post-production in Photoshop.

The main goal was to study how warm interior lighting interacts with the cool blue hour environment and how the facade reads at street level.

Software: 3Ds Max + Corona + Photoshop

Critiques and feedback are welcome.

Concept design for a boutique eco-resort in Madagascar during tropical rain - 5 angles.

*Workflow:*

D5 Render 3.1

Assets: D5 Library + custom models

Lighting: Overcast HDRI + D5 Weather System for rain/fog

Key materials: D5 PBR - wet stone, frosted glass with condensation, weathered wood

6K renders, 3-5min each, D5 SR on

Color grading in D5 only, no Photoshop

Goal was capturing moody tropical atmosphere with rain reflections and soft diffuse lighting, while keeping it buildable IRL.

Swipe for rainy day/night + clay render.

C&C welcome on rain materials, wet reflections, and overall mood.

Hi!

My wife and I are both from Tana, but with work and life we realized we've been doing the same old restaurants/routes for years.

I want to plan a surprise day/night for her next week. Not tourist stuff, not the usual Ambohimanga or Lake Anosy walk.

I'm looking for THAT place:

- A hidden restaurant with insane food + view

- A secret viewpoint for sunset where we can be alone

- A unique experience we probably don't know exists in our own city

Basically, where do YOU take someone special when you really want to impress them in Tana?

Budget doesn't matter. I want her to remember this forever.

If you know a spot, drop it here or DM me if you want to keep it low-key 🙏

Thanks Guys!

Salama daholo,

Mbola tsara Madagascar 🇲🇬
