Best sushi in Nottingham?

So i started eating fish again a few weeks back after years (almost a decade) of veganism and vegitarianism. My favourite food use to be sushi, and whilst I loved Bonzai, I was kind of disappointed when I treated myself to their sushi. Just didn't taste of much and they were a bit too heavy with the mayo. I actually kinda preferred their veggie sushi.

So, where's the best spot to get decent sushi?

Vegan walnut and lemon pasta

Quick pasta dish i like to make to use up leftover greens. On this occasion its got tenderstem broccoli. Often I use green beans.

Seasoned with some salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, chili flakes and lemon juice. Creaminess comes from olive oil, a bit of leftover starchy pasta water, and crushed walnuts being stirred in to thicken at the end. Green veg is quickly fried while the pasta boils.
