Cashapp kept trying to take money, then took money from my sponsor without permission

I had subscribed to discord nitro a few months ago and recently I decided to cancel it, but when the time came for it to end, Google play repeatedly kept trying to charge me over and over instead for a few days (but kept declining because I don't have enough in my cashapp.) and again my subscription was already cancelled before any of this...

Now today they took the money from my sponsor instead, which is a serious issue because we've been struggling with money and now they're gonna stop their card over it apparently, which means we can't get any basic necessities we need right now.

Does cashapp just always do this? It's a genuine issue to me, this almost happened another time with 100 dollars for a FREE trial of a subscription, but luckily my sponsor didn't have that much in their bank so they couldn't randomly take it out. Is it not bad they immediately go to take money from your sponsor like that? I think it's actually pretty disgusting

I'm assuming this is a cashapp issue, or is it discord or Google play? Or all of them? I also can't contact cashapp support because they keep saying "transaction isn't complete, wait 2-3 days".

I'll go into detail because I'm not sure what could be wrong with my ear.

My left ear kinda has a history of always getting clogged, and recently, it did again. It didn't unclog by itself so I tried using an ear syringe, it didn't work. And so my mom told me I have to pour hydrogen peroxide in my ear, so she did that using the ear syringe and then also poured water inside after.

It literally did nothing, but eventually the ear syringe worked. For 4 days

So now it's back clogged, and after a few days of it, it has now began to hurt. It kinda hurts pretty bad all the time, but it especially has a sharp pain whenever I hiccup or anything like that. And sometimes the buzzing is so loud it's kinda hard to focus or hear anything else (especially when I'm in a quiet room, it's kinda like a buzzing sound that goes up and down?? I don't know how else to explain it. It kinda sounds like someone hitting a large metal plate or something too. Or shaking around a bag of sand. I'm just trying to think of ways to explain this)

Is there a solution?? Like for me at home? Or should I go to the hospital? Because my mom just told me to pour hydrogen peroxide in my ear again, but Everytime I listen to her advice it feels like my problems get worse (this happened before with a toe infection that lasted almost a year because of her), and the hydrogen peroxide already didn't work. So I'm kind of reluctant to even listen to her
