Almost didn't write this. She's going to be furious with me.

She started Wegovy in spring. Down 22 lbs, happiest I've seen her in years. Six weeks in, her doctor pulled her aside after labs. Her DEXA showed she'd lost almost as much muscle as fat. Grip strength down. Exhausted all the time. Her doctor told her this is happening to a huge percentage of GLP-1 patients and most of them have no clue — there's a name for it (sarcopenia from rapid weight loss without enough protein, look it up, it's not rare and it's not small).

So I went looking for an app. Anything actually built for someone on one of these meds.

I tried everything for her. MyFitnessPal told her to eat 1,800 kcal on a day she could barely choke down 600. Noom kept reminding her to "stay positive about food" while she was nauseous. Lose It pinged her about macros while she was on the bathroom floor. None of them know that semaglutide kills your appetite. None of them know that day 1–2 after your shot is different from day 5–6. None of them adjust. So I built one that does.

I'm a recent graduate.

I'd never built an app before. I started building it for her at night.

What it does that the others don't: it knows where she is in her injection cycle. On peak suppression days it doesn't yell about calories, it just says "hit your protein floor, calories will follow when your appetite comes back." On nausea days the scan results surface soft-food options. Protein target is set for her actual goal weight, not some generic 50g number that's wrong for almost everyone on a GLP-1.

She's been on it a few weeks. Sunday she told me it's the first thing that's actually felt like it understood what she was going through. That hit harder than I thought it would.

I'm letting in a small first batch of testers next week. If you're on a GLP-1 and every tracker out there has felt like it was built for someone else's body,I put a 60-second form in the comments. Drop your email and I'll add you. Capping the early group small on purpose so I can actually talk to the first people on it.

(Also,if anyone has a doctor or RD friend who works with GLP-1 patients I'd love to talk to them. Trying to get this right.)
