So I’m 28, diagnosed with PCOS at maybe 19. I’ve noticed that all the blood tests I’ve gotten , my platelets are way out of range always 470+ , and based of google , that is extremely common in women with PCOS, and linked with low grade inflammation. According to google and chat gpt high platelets are linked to chronic inflammation, low ferritin and high insulin. This chronic inflammation can also make it hard for implantation because it cause the uterus to be inflamed as well . Not sure why I never thought to ask any questions before, but no Dr never mentioned , but in the back of my my head I always wondered why my platelets were always high. Has anyone noticed this too? I’ve been TTC for a few years , so I maybe over analyzing , but Im always wondering if I’m ovulating successfully, tubes are open , mild MFI , what else could be wrong and decided to look up the correlation between PCOS and high platelets, if any.But any way has anyone heard of this ?
Chat GpT has also said this : Platelet activation and vascular changes
Overactive platelets and inflammation may affect tiny blood vessels in the endometrium, potentially impairing early embryo attachment or support.

So I’ve been on inositol, NAC and Coq10, for over a year now , in Jan 25, T was 90 insulin was 20. April 25 T is 33 , insulin is 15.9, now in Nov 25, insulin is 12, T is 53, how it’s going back up ? Has this happened to anyone , testosterone finally going down then all of a sudden going back up? Haven’t tested since , started metformin in Jan 2026. I’m confused as to why insulin is finally getting lower and lower but testosterone went up again. Cycles are also regular , track ovulation with Inito .

Hey Girls ! 28F , 170 ish lbs// Today’s the first day of me deciding to cut out gluten , sugar , eggs and dairy . Which is gonna be hard because I eat eggs almost every day, but since finding out I’m a little allergic to egg whites and gluten, I figured these could be why I feel bloated 24/7 , sluggish and inflamed, I love pasta , pho , soup , u name it lol . But we have been TTC for 3 years now, together 10, haven’t prevent pregnancy no bc, and still nothing hasn’t happened yet. But since no bread or sugar today , I’m not bloated at all and no cravings . Did diet changes help u ? ( also my periods are regular , I do ovulate, just hoping to lose some weight, and hoping this will help our fertility journey )

TTC 3 years 28F, never been pregnant , not even a miscarriage, which may have had thinking “ atleast I can get pregnant ) “ but not even that , today we found a close relative is pregnant and it’s so discouraging, makes me feel like giving up, HSG is clear, uterus is clear, ovulate every month, just PCOS , been on inositol since last year , just started metformin, husband has some abnormalities but not enough to have the Dr worried .. might try iui soon , but is that even worth it ??? Sigh
