Doner eggs day 3 🤞🏼

Just got a call from our fertility clinic. Out of 12 doner eggs, 10 thawed on Monday and 7 fertilised by Wednesday. 5 are maturing really really well which is day 3. The other two are also maturing but not as well.
Day 5 & transfer day is Sunday. I’m 39, 40 this year. Perimenopausal so these are doner eggs.
Can I hear any advice/results from anyone in the same position? Do you think we’ll end up with 5 by day 5? I was getting my periods fairly regularly, just didn’t have any follicles in my ovaries unfortunately - so I like to think I should be ok with the transfer hopefully 😭
Also anxious about bonding with the baby, comparing the baby to my family etc
Help

Anyone selling a Mira tracker

Hello everyone,

I’m not sure if my request fits here or if it’s welcome, but I’ll try anyway.

I am 33 years old and had a missed miscarriage in January 2026. Since then, I have been trying to get pregnant again and I’m starting to feel desperate. It just doesn’t seem to work.

I am putting myself under a lot of pressure. I mostly avoid alcohol and don’t drink more than 200 mg of caffeine per day. I track my cycle and measure my BBT. I take all possible prenatal supplements—from CoQ10 (ubiquinol) to baby aspirin (I also have Raynaud’s disease), omega-3, vitamin D3, magnesium, ashwagandha, and folic acid.

I am restricting my life and my joy almost completely because of my wish to become pregnant.

Does anyone have any tips on what I could do? I can’t cope with this TTC pressure anymore.

My hope is that with the Mira tracker I can better understand my cycle and hopefully get pregnant again.

Does anyone here have a tracker they no longer need and would be willing to sell to me?

Kind regards

Is it too early to assume?

Ok I was not going to even bother looking into signs from my oura for pregnancy and spiral this month but I’ve seen ALOT of woman post there readiness saying minor strain etc, mine has been low th past few days and it’s never been like that. My ovary area is very painful the past three days, and from second pic you can see i ovulated 25th of this month, is it just me or could this be pregnancy?

I wish more people talked about IVF

I wasn't sure which tag so ignore this one.

Anyway, I was just in Nordstrom looking at carriages and car seats and had a nice conversation with the two sales women that were there. Both moms to older children. One was getting eggs retrieved due to a cancer and the other was just curious.

They were asking me tons of questions as I am in the process. Get the Day 6 call tomorrow!

I am super happy to divulge any and all information about this process to anyone that asks because I know it isn't talked about and even if I don't have a success in the first time around, hopefully a future one will be a success. Either way, I always want to talk about it because there are so many things with women's healthcare that is not talked about. I had no idea what this process was like until I saw my fertility doc. I had no idea what to look for or anything.

I understand why it isn't because talking about losses is hard especially if you have had several failed attempts for any reason... or even one. It is healthy to talk about it though and I wish more women did.

idk maybe this is a controversial idea but it is one my husband agrees with.

Anyone similar????

So listen…. Help please…

I don’t know if anyone else is struggling with this but I’m 16 days late I usually have a 32 day cycle and I ovulated on march 27th (CD 24)

I got inseminated march 25th and 26th (home insemination)

Started testing faint positives 18 dpo (6 days after initial missed period)

They have stayed faint and I have all the pregnancy symptoms (slightly darker each test)

I am now 29 dpo 🫶🏼

No bleeding or pain

Doctors won’t see me yet as I’m not close to 8 weeks yet 😩

Any thoughts or similar situations?

Trigger shot or bfp?

11 days post trigger (10,000 IU hcg) and 9dpo.
Still very faint lines on easy at home that are lingering past few days and possibly ever so slightly darker today. First time testing with FRER and was surprised at how strong the line is but no previous FRER to compare it to. Would be grateful for your thoughts/experiences with same ❤️

3 consecutive losses, need insight for next steps

Please help if you have had a similar experience! This is all so new to my husband and I and we feel lost.

I (31F) am currently awaiting my 3rd consecutive loss after monitoring HCG levels (13dpo 53, 16dpo 190, 19dpo 390, 21dpo 538, 23dpo 433). First loss (June 2025) was natural miscarriage at around 5 weeks, no meds needed. Second (Nov 2025) was mmc blighted ovum found at 7 week US. Now, I’m a little over 5 weeks and looks like it’ll be another miscarriage (praying for it not to be ectopic). For this last pregnancy I took progesterone starting 3dpo and baby aspirin. Out of 4 cycles of trying, we got pregnant 3 times.

Me and my husband (31M) have done all the typical RPL testing after our 2nd miscarriage and everything came back “normal” except I had endometritis prob from my last miscarriage which i successfully took Doxycyline to clear, my TSH level was 3.4 which i heard isn’t ideal for conceiving but within normal parameters, and vitamin d was insufficient which I’m taking supplements for. My husband has also gotten sperm analysis which came back above average but we are going to schedule a dna fragmentation test. We were so hopeful about this 3rd time around bc we thought the endometritis was what was causing it.

I’ve been seeing the term hyperfertility being used and i suspect that may be our case too? But my RE mentioned that since we’re younger and healthy IVF may not be helpful bc it may not be an egg quality issue at this point…

However, I don’t see what else our next steps could be except either IVF or getting onto the waitlist for a reproductive immunologist (Kwak-Kim is 6 month wait).

My cycles before our TTC journey was regularly around 39 days, but blood tests don’t suggest pcos either.

Has anyone been in a similar situation with consecutive early losses and had success with IVF or seeing an RI? Idk how much longer we can just continue trying only to see the same results.

Miscarriage on 4/7

Just began using Inito after having a blighted ovum and miscarriage. Not sure what to expect over the next couple of weeks.

I took misoprostol on 4/6/26 and began bleeding and passed everything on 4/7. I began using Inito on 4/12 and expected things to be all over the place. My HCG is finally zero today.

Looking at my chart, is it likely that I will have a period soon or is there a chance I may ovulate before my next cycle? Should I continue to use Inito to test or wait until my next cycle? Just confused here.

Any guidance welcome!

TTC - Vitanica Preg Prep or Perelel Conception pack?

Hi mommy experts with experience 🙂‍↔️ I am TTC my first at 38- going on -39 and started taking Vitanica’s Pregnancy Prep about a month and a half ago and then started the Perelel Conception pack a couple of weeks ago- but didn’t stop the Preg.Prep (my thinking here was that the Preg Prep is all natural herbs which is not a prenatal pack like the Perelel is); however I just looked it up and found out that I shouldn’t be taking these together 🫤 SO for those who have tried either product which one would you recommend to continue taking?

Tired of feeling ignored for being “unlucky”

Tw miscarriage mentioned

I have been ttc my second child for over a year now. In that year I have had two losses, a blighted ovum and a pregnancy of unknown location. I track ovulation and ovulate regularly. I was reading online and saw someone who had a similar story to mine had clomid prescribed to her as kind of a “boost” to higher her chance of getting pregnant each month and the second cycle it did work for her. Reading more about clomid and letzerol I see a lot of people say their doctors won’t prescribe it. I have an appointment with my obgyn next week and I plan on obviously asking her all of this stuff and that I want to try using clomid or letzerol before doing more invasive tests and medications but waiting sucks so just looking to see what others have done or anything else you’d recommend I ask my doctor. If you have used clomid or letzerol what was your experience? I want to be prepared and ask the right things to really get things moving. This past year of just waiting and being told we can’t do anything until it’s been a year has sucked. I don’t want to have to jump through more hoops and be referred to a bunch of different doctors or specialists to continue to be told that I’m young (24) and everything looks normal and that I’m just “unlucky”

What do I do?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently taking a break from trying again after a second trimester loss. My next pregnancy will be considered high-risk, so I’m trying to be intentional about timing and stability, especially since a preventative cerclage is part of the plan. I also have PCOS, and in my previous journey the only thing that worked for me was stimulated cycles with Letrozole, I conceived on my 3rd stimulated cycle. That experience is also making me feel more aware that timing and treatment response can be unpredictable for me.

After my loss, I tried again for 3 cycles without success and reached a point where I felt emotionally and physically drained, so I paused. I’ve now completed 3 cycles on this break, and realistically I have about 2 cycles left before I originally planned to resume trying again

Here’s where things get complicated.

I have non-modifiable travel planned from late August to mid-October (about 6–7 weeks). I’ll have access to more advanced healthcare while away, which is reassuring, but it would not be with my usual doctor, and continuity of care especially for something like cerclage timing and monitoring is still a concern.

Timing-wise, if I start trying now (May) and conceive, I would be around:

16–18 weeks by late August (departure)

22–24 weeks by mid-October (return)

If I wait and try closer to August/September, then:

I would be around 4–10 weeks pregnant during travel, which feels like a much more fragile and uncertain phase. From what I understand, a preventative cerclage is typically placed around 12–14 weeks, which adds another layer ideally I’d want to be in a stable place with consistent medical follow-up during that window.

So I feel caught between competing priorities:

Starting now could mean being in a more stable second trimester during travel, and potentially having the cerclage placed before leaving but it also means entering mid-pregnancy while away from my usual care team

Waiting preserves control and continuity, but pushes everything further out, and emotionally that delay feels very heavy after already waiting and trying

What makes this even more complex is that with PCOS, I likely would need stimulated cycles again, and my past experience shows that even when it works, it can take multiple cycles so there’s no guarantee of immediate success anyway but who knows? It could also be right away on the first try!

So I feel stuck between two thoughts:

“Just try now and stop overthinking”

“Wait for the planned timing for safety and control”

Emotionally it’s getting harder instead of easier the closer I get to August, and I’m really struggling with the waiting even though I understand the practical reasons behind it.

Has anyone been through something similar, trying again after loss, PCOS/stimulated cycles, and needing to plan around travel and high-risk pregnancy care?

How did you balance timing vs control vs emotional readiness, especially when nothing feels like a perfect option?

Any advice or perspective would really help.
